If you have been in a car accident

Do not forego your rights to be examined by a doctor and consult with an attorney.

Exercise your rights; you have insurance for this purpose. If any care is indicated, it is easier and more time- and cost-effective to handle any necessary treatment before the condition can progress.

If legal representation is necessary, it is prudent to preserve the facts and evidence as soon after the accident as possible.
